E-Tech Recyclers offers fully managed on-site electronics recycling and data shred events, bringing our truck, secure collection totes, certified scales, and trained staff directly to your location. Whether you’re a business, nonprofit, school, or community group, these events are a great way to promote sustainability, enhance your public image, and offer a valuable service to your clients, members, and community.
We handle the logistics so you can focus on connecting with your audience. Events can be customized to fit your schedule, space, and specific recycling goals. We also offer secure off-site hard drive shredding, ideal for organizations hosting traditional document shred events that want to expand their services to include digital data destruction.

E-cycling events can also double as fundraisers! We offer flexible pricing options where standard recycling fees (for items like TVs, monitors, or printers) can be marked up to generate donations for your organization or cause. Alternatively, you can accept voluntary donations during the event.

We charge by the hour. Our base rate of $250/hr includes one 20′ box truck, one staff member, and several totes. This is appropriate for data-shred events and recycling of computers and small electronics.
The data destruction, PC recycling, and recycling of small electronics (video game consoles, small radios, iPods, smartphones, tablets, etc.) is included in this base rate.
Limits may apply. Additional fees may apply for locations outside of the local Colorado Springs area. Objects over 20lbs prohibited.
Additional event packages starting from $400/hr are available.
Everything in the base package is included (recycle small electronics, computers, and hard drive shredding for no extra fees) plus your event can recycle larger items like TVs, monitors, and printers. We will send two or more staff members to handle the event. You must have at least one staff member present to oversee the event and handle traffic.
Additional fees apply for larger items recycled (calculated by weight) – TVs, Monitors, Printers, Microwaves, etc. The weights can be calculated on-site and the fees can be paid by your event guests directly to E-Tech Recyclers, or E-Tech can weigh all the items afterwards and invoice your organization the total amount. We will accept items until our large 27′ box truck is full.
