Our local cable television companies have made it all too easy to use their DVR equipment, and many DVR and TiVo devices have become unnecessary rather than obsolete. DVR, TiVo Devices along with cable and satelite boxes have hazardous contents within them and are prohibited from the Colorado Springs transfer sites and landfills according to Colorado state waste regulations.
