IT asset disposition

We take retired IT equipment off your hands.

Computers, servers, networking gear and the drives inside them — collected from your site or dropped at ours. The data is destroyed in our building, and the documentation comes back to you.

What we handle

Six things an ITAD job needs.

From a handful of retired computers to an entire office technology refresh. Business and volume discounts apply — the rates below are what a walk-in pays.

IT equipment buyback

We pay

Complete computers, laptops, servers, workstations and networking switches — working or not, as long as the RAM and CPU are still in them.

Secure data destruction

Certificate issued

Physical destruction of data-bearing devices in our building, with every serial number logged and a certificate issued afterwards.

Serialized reporting

Per unit

Asset records listing what we received and what happened to it, for organizations that have to account for every unit at audit.

Pickup & logistics

Quoted per job

One-time projects, office moves and recurring collection. Priced on distance, volume and what is in the load.

Refurbishment & revenue sharing

Evaluated

Equipment that still has working life is tested and returned to use rather than broken down, with options for sharing what it earns.

Recycling & documentation

$0.35 / lb

Whatever has no reuse value goes to material recovery at the standard rate, with the paperwork your environmental records need.

How a project runs

Four steps, in this order.

The same sequence whether it is a dozen machines or a floor of them. What changes is how long step two takes.

01

Tell us what you have

Rough counts are fine: how many machines, how many drives, what else is in the pile, where it is and when it needs to be gone. We price the job from that.

02

Collection or drop-off

We collect from your site, or you bring it to the shop during business hours. Drop-offs need no appointment at any quantity — back up the ramp and we will unload it.

03

Data first, then the rest

Data-bearing devices are separated on arrival and their serials recorded before anything goes into the shredder. Everything else is sorted for reuse or material recovery.

04

Documentation back to you

A certificate of destruction listing every serial destroyed, and serialized asset reporting where you have to account for each unit.

Data security

What happens to the drives.

Data-bearing devices are separated from the rest of the load on arrival and physically destroyed in Colorado Springs. Both tiers go through the same shredder; what changes is how much paperwork comes back.

  • Destroyed here in our building, not shipped on to someone else
  • Serial numbers recorded before anything goes into the shredder
  • Certificate issued afterwards, listing what was destroyed and when
  • You do not have to wipe, format or pull drives yourself first

Drives are shredded in batches on our own schedule rather than while you wait, and the floor is not open to visitors — security and safety. The certificate is the record of what was destroyed.

Standard per-drive rates

Before discounts
ShreddedPhysically destroyed, no serial tracking
$10 / drive
Shredded & certifiedEvery serial logged, certificate issued afterwards
$15 / drive
Business and volume discounts apply. Per-drive pricing for an organization is part of the job quote and normally lands below these rates.

If your disposal records get reviewed

Healthcare practices working to HIPAA, districts working to FERPA, finance, insurance and government contractors: ask for the certified tier. It is the one that produces a document with serial numbers on it, which is what an auditor asks to see.

Value recovery

Not everything leaving your building is scrap.

Reusable equipment can be evaluated for refurbishment and resale instead of going straight to material recovery. We buy complete units by the pound or by the unit.

Evaluated, not assumed

Everything is assessed on arrival. What still has working life is separated from what is only worth its materials.

Refurbished & resold

Machines that pass testing are repaired and returned to use through our store rather than broken down for commodities.

Revenue sharing

Where retired equipment carries real resale value, there are options for sharing what it earns rather than a flat buyback.

What we buy

  • Complete computers, laptops & workstations
  • Servers and networking switches
  • Graphics cards and video cards
  • Motherboards and processors
  • RAM and storage devices

Working or not, as long as the RAM and CPU are still in them. High-value assets may qualify for revenue sharing instead.

Who we work with

Organizations across Colorado.

Schools & districts

FERPA records

Lab and classroom refreshes, one-to-one device retirement, and student data on every drive that leaves the building.

School recycling

Churches & faith organizations

Community collections

Office equipment, donated electronics that never found a use, and collection events for the congregation.

Church recycling

Medical & dental practices

HIPAA records

Imaging workstations, front-desk machines and the drives inside them, destroyed with a certificate for your disposal file.

Data destruction

Government, defence & tech

Serialized reporting

Project-based decommissioning, controlled handling and asset records that account for every unit received.

Getting it here

We collect it, or you bring it.

Pickups are quoted per job. Drop-offs need no appointment at any quantity, and there is no service area on the counter — anyone can drive in.

We come get it

Quoted per job

Pickup pricing depends on the distance, the volume and what is in the load. Recycling and destruction are billed separately, by weight and by drive.

Free pickup may be available when the load is mostly computers or other equipment with real recoverable value. Loads that are mostly televisions or badly damaged electronics do not qualify, and standard rates apply.

You bring it

No appointment

Back up the ramp at the front of the building and we’ll unload it. Any quantity, during business hours.

Four things are enough to price a job. Estimates are fine — we weigh and count everything on arrival anyway.

  • Roughly how many machines, and how many drives
  • What the equipment is — desktops, laptops, servers, displays, networking
  • Where it is, and whether there is a dock, a lift or stairs
  • When it has to be out of the building
